Due to the popularity of FAST FEET and lots of inquires we are pleased to announce that we will be conducting Session II of FAST FEET beginning January 23 and running for six consecutive Saturdays ending March 6.  This will be a great program to help players gear up for the spring season.

Players can register NOW - Deadline is January 14.  All games will be held at Sports Iowa and cost is $60 per player.

We will continue to monitor both the Iowa Governor proclamation and Iowa Soccer guidelines regarding the COVID-19 virus.  Hopefully, we can lift some of the restrictions which currently includes all players, coaches and referees wearing masks and no spectators in the facility (we are currently live streaming the games via YOU TUBE). 

Space is limited so early registration is encouraged so you do not miss out.  This will be a great opportunity to warm up for the spring season and get some early touches on the ball.

The FAST FEET League is an exciting fast paced indoor game of 5 v 5 including goal keepers.  There are plenty of goal scoring opportunities and provides a real fun experience for the players.

• Players can put their own teams together or register as an individual and we will find you a team.
• Six-game season
• 40-minute games
• 5 v 5 (including goalkeeper) and maximum roster of 7 players
• Excellent synthetic turf field surface is great for indoor soccer
• $60 per player (before January 14), $70 (beginning January 15)
• There will also be a charge of $10 for Sports Iowa annual membership (if you have already paid this as a participant in FAST FEET I you do NOT have to pay and register again)
• Approximate game times for age groups are listed below
  • U7-U8      (9:00 – 9:45 a.m.)
  • U9-U10    (9:45 – 11:15 a.m.)
  • U11-U12  (11:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.)
  • U13-U14  (2:15 – 5:15 p.m.)
  • U15-U19  (4:30 – 8:15 p.m.)
