As an Iowa native, Abbey brings over 10 years experience to the coaching and fitness industry. Her background in personal training allows for corrections in movement for safety and for better growth and power. Abbey first started playing soccer in junior high and became her team's number one keeper in high school. Abbey continued her goalkeeper career at Trinity Christian College and continued playing recreationally after graduating. Now in her first season with Ames Soccer, she brings her experience and knowledge to those looking to continue improving their game.
