We use a two-stage on-line volunteer sign up.
First look at the volunteer spreadsheet below to see the current needs for each of our weekends. Click on the tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to see each different weekend.
Once you have found open days/dates that work for you, fill out the form below the spreadsheet. Your contact information will NOT be published to the web. Our volunteer coordinator receives notification when you sign up and will then go in and fill your name in on the spreadsheet is that is displayed. If you have a wide range of hours that you are available, but want to work a smaller number (say, work 2 hours in this 4-hour bracket), just write this in the "notes" part of the form. We do appreciate your flexibility on that!

Job Descriptions
Field Marshall: Keep an eye on people to direct traffic and/or ask them not to bring food or Gatorade (etc) onto the fields. Replace taped on field markings as needed in between games
Check-in: Will sit at main checkin area and go through to ensure each team's paperwork is in order before their first game and hand out team goodie bags. (Detailed instructions provided!)
