We are now using an on-line volunteer sign up form, but it still requires human intervention. Please look at the spreadsheet to see our needs, then use the form below it to sign up. We will then use your responses to fill in the spreadsheet, which should be updated at least daily.
Click on the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to see current schedules for Saturday, and Sunday. Scroll down below the matrix to use the form to sign up. Scroll the box from left to right to see times from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All times are one-hour blocks, starting at the appointed hour.
Job Descriptions
Field Marshall: Sit at table and check in teams. Will also sell water and T-shirts. Will have a field map to show to players and may communicate various information back to the main registration table.
Parking: Will be assigned a spot to help direct traffic and guide people to appropriate parking areas.
Check-in and Trophies, etc: Will sit at main checkin area and go through to ensure each team's paperwork is in order before their first game and hand out team goodie bags. (Detailed instructions provided!) On Sunday, instead of checking in, most of it will consist of handing out team awards (medals, trophies, etc.).
Play/Interactive area: Will supervise the kids playing with the games.
