Given the size of our club, we do a large fraction of our communication using automated means. The two most important are email lists, which are used for general information, and text messages, which are used for last-minute cancellations or changes.

Use the tools on this page to manage your subscriptions to our email and text message lists.

 

Email lists

Please use this tool to manage your email subscription. If you want to change an email address to which we send things, please just delete the email address using the link that comes in each message and resubscribe with the new adddress using the tool here. Additionally, you may add as many addresses as you like to our subscription lists.

Text Message Lists

If we need to make a last minute field closure, we will send the information out by text message to your cell phone because we know that not everyone has constant access to a computer. By default, we have added all cell phones from the registration files iinto our list.

Warning: Mass text messaging is NOT 100% reliable. There is a small fraction messages that do not go through. We do our best, but cannot control when a few messages do not get delivered.

To add a number to the list: please click on the appropriate button to add a cell phone number to the list. If you are already subscribed, you will NOT receive duplicates if you sign up again, so no worries!

To unsubscribe from any of the lists: simply reply "STOP" to any message you receive on that phone whose number you want to delete from the list.
