New Photos Posted

We've now got photos from the Spring 08 season on our random photo viewer and on the Gallery.

It's New! It's Exciting! It's Got Sizzle!

For years, we have played U5-U10 games with several other clubs. We are now getting organized and calling it the Central Iowa Soccer League (CISL, prounounced "Sizzle"). Game schedules, rules, and all that stuff are posted on a new web site for all the clubs: www.cisleague.org.

All the rules and such are the same - this is just an exciting step towards establishing ourselves as a real live league!

Coach Licensing Policy

ASC has, for many years, supported coach training. Our goasl is that 100% of our coaches (parent and staff) will have appropriate USSF coaching certificates/licenses by the beginning of their second year with the club. This includes coaches for every age group from U5-U19. Toward that end, the club increased its coach training budget, to ensure that we can provide this training free of charge to parent-coaches and staff, and we are comitting to holding the courses in Ames quite regularly. Click here or visit the Policy page to read the full policy.
